Developed by Dr. Reggie Ray, ‘Meditating with the Body’ presents meditation in a way that is uniquely suited to the needs of the modern world. Whether we seek relief from the stress of daily living or long to take another step along our spiritual path, ‘Meditating with the Body’ provides tools appropriate to our journey.
All Neil McKinlay’s introductory events present this style of meditation in an immediate and accessible way. Participants are given first-hand experience with practice, and provided the guidance to continue with confidence and curiosity. Offered in a variety of formats at community centers and fitness studios throughout southern Vancouver Island, introductory events can also be arranged for professional and home-based settings.
A distinct introductory offering, ‘The Five-Minute Refresh’ incorporates meditation into even the busiest schedules. Working with the core elements of grounding, alignment, and breath, we reconnect with the wellness at the foundation of being. Taking as little as five minutes to complete, this practice allows us to be more relaxed and responsive in our lives.
